Congratulations on being selected as a Poster Presenter for SRNT 2026!
Poster sessions will be held at the Hilton Inner Harbor Hotel in Baltimore, MD. The meeting room location for the Poster Sessions is located in Key Ballroom 7-12 (Main Building, 2nd Floor). The size of the poster board this year is 4' high x 8' wide. The poster boards are tack compatible, and thumb tacks will be provided onsite by SRNT.

The recommended poster printing size for this year’s meeting is 36" x 72" for $119.00 or 42" x 84" for $160.00. To print your poster locally, submit a final, print ready file no later than Monday, March 2nd, by 12 noon ET through the portal link below. Submissions after this date will not be accepted. File formats must be submitted in Microsoft PowerPoint or Adobe PDF (unlocked). Posters will be scaled proportionally to fit the selected size, so to ensure the highest quality please create your poster at the size it will be printed at.

You may pickup your order at Allegra Baltimore, 314 N Charles Street, Baltimore, MD 21201 between Monday, March 2 and Wednesday, March 4 before the poster sessions.
