This year, the Bugher Foundation is generously covering the cost of a professional poster printing service. Due to limited space, only posters submitted through this printing service will be presented at the symposium. Those choosing to present a poster will have their poster professionally printed, delivered on site, and hung on the appropriate board for the presentation.

The service is provided on a first come, first served basis and only a maximum of 40 posters will be printed. Final, print-ready files must be submitted no later than January 27, 2026. Submissions after this date will not be accepted.

Accepted Formats: Microsoft PowerPoint or Adobe PDF (unlocked)
Size: No larger than 90" wide by 42" tall
